have you checked all the LPG pipework going from the vaporizer to the plenum chamber? If its anything like mine you can adjust a screw on the vaporizer to make the mixture leaner/richer.

As above really, mines come lose and curled, I've tried using seam sealer and really strong tape to hold it in place but its not strong enough and it still curls!!! Any ideas?
