I use penetrating oil and a metre long scaffold pole offcut over the heel of the spanner or socket if there`s enough room. The "extension" also works well on over-tightened wheel nuts when you get a flat tyre , particularly if you can stand on it.

I`f get the temp gauge looked at as well - if your car is running that under temp when it should be at normal operating temp there is an underlying issue, might be simple, might not, but best to find out
