You can pie cut some straight pipe to create your bends. I've just made a full stainless system for my 110. I'll finish it this weekend before posting photos. Just google pie cut.

I just took the plunge and purchased a Clarke 151te. Not because I need any welding but because I want to learn a new skill. I'll get some practice on scrap I've got and then plan on fabricating a new exhaust system for the 110. It seems there's loads of videos online and some very helpful...

So it seems that mybe my military 110 doesn't have a standard fuse box layout doh! I just went out and pulled every fuse to check and found one blown. I've now replaced it and it's all working. That's good to know in future.

My horn stopped working out of the blue a few months back. I used my multimeter to determine that there is no power getting to the horn. So I went out and bought a new horn/indicator switch (£20) with the intention of swapping it out. After swapping it out I still cant get the horn working...

The standard military ones have saved my bacon a few times now. I've reversed into a wall and a lamp post on different occasions (less than 5mph). I would certainly recommend them. They do make good parking sensors :)

I'm running 305/70/16 on a 200tdi 110 with a disco transfer box and it's on the limit. I certainly wouldn't want to go any bigger with tyres and this ratio. It was perfect when I had 265/75/16. It does make motorway drives a lot better though.

Well my Range Rover classic sold within 24 hours! The new owner didn't want to do a deal with the all terrain tyres and modular rims so it sold with the original alloys. So my almost new black modular wheels with cooper discoverer AT3 tyres are for sale seperatly. I'm looking for £325...

You mean military windows? Wolf ones are the same as previous military ones which are similar (not the same) as series 2/3. The military ones open from both front and back and the front bit of glass is sloped. I've got a military 110 with military windows and I love them. Just a point though...
