Good philosophy… I ordered a 8mm Barb which arrived today (judged on the size of the fuel line), but what I didn’t account for was that there is an inner 6mm plastic line on the inside of the rubber one… annoying! But fairly certain if I use a bit of heat to insert a 6mm it will do the job!

    Fuse ok. So MAF on euro2 makes no difference? Mine is a 10p from 1999/2000 so assuming that’s euro2, and have bypassed the EGR.

    All sorted. On closer inspection realised the plug for outlet valve was loose, so that was an easy fix. Spliced on the new plugs for the sensors and everything now seems fine. In other nanocom news I am getting a 0 for airflow g/hr, which I’m supposing indicates a dead MAF…
