Disaster - not only did the push rod stay inside the bell housing, it promptly fell off along with the plastic clip. I have recovered the clip but am struggling to get the push rod out. Do you think I could leave it to rattle about and put a new one on instead !!?

It's a pressurised cooling system so if you take the cap off when it's hot coolant will go everywhere. If no anti freeze has been used and it has just been topped up with water, in this weather it is possible that your cooling system has frozen, especially to the heater, happened to mine a few...

If anybody is still watching this tread (must be bored) how on earth do you get a scredriver down the back? I have even taken the rocker cover off to try and gain a bit more access but still can't find anything to get any purchase on, let alone hold the scredriver in place.

Need someone more technically minded, but if you put a matched axle pair of tyres on say the rears, which are a different diameter to the fronts, what happens when you lock the central diff? Will anything break ?
