    get the weller style wheels on there! They'll look smarter and look good in white IMO its a bit different to the typical black/silver modulars too (not that there's anything wrong with black/silver modulars as I have silver and plan to paint em black :lol: )

    :lol: i wont tell her you said that! Its her 21st next month! Landy aint bad either ;-) needs a bit of patching on the inner sills before mot time but i'm practising my welding and teaching myself as its something i wanna learn and i wanna make sills/tree sliders up like you did!

    If your confident its not brakes i'd be inspecting props and checking oil levels. Is it gear, vehicle speed or engine speed related?

    :doh: yea, like I said on the previous page - tyre's nearly ripped aches to pieces/vice versa so need to either go higher or get smaller tyres.

    just found the pictures of the recovery after I had to lay on the bonnet: Goppin! This took some cleaning! took a Warn 8274 with a bow3 motor and snatch block to get me out that gunk!

    she did help actually! I'll give that to her! although I do remember getting proper stuck and having to climb out the window and all she did was inform me the footwells were filling up and take a photo of me laid on the bonnet elbow deep in mud trying to find the recovery points! :lol:

    i'm learning with a gas MIG that I picked up second hand over a year ago - got my mate to come round and set it up the other day and after about 10 minutes on it he reckons my welds are better than some people who claim to be able to weld proficiently! still blowing holes n stuff though so...

    tell me about it - there should be some pictures of bodged shelters with tarps and bungee's to keep work on the disco going through the winter somewhere in this thread. Far from fun - unlike collecting parts to fit to the disco! I still have bits in the shed to fit!
