    Front Bumper

There was one compact engine cooler on ebay but it already ended :( For me in Oz, sometime it is cheaper to get stuff from US even with delivery charges. Just put a small oil cooler so you wont block the whole A/C rad. I would say you put just infront of A/C, can screw together with power...

Hi Mad hat, As far as I know remote thermostat is for 1.8 (dont why they call it remote, maybe because the location is moved to just behid rad). V6 Head Gasket Failure

exactly.it transfer the heat to coolant. that's why adding an extra engine oil cooller would help engine to cool down a bit and less heat transfer to coolant. not forget heat from autobox too.

    Head Bolts

The thermostat from QED, isnt for 1.8? the housing is diff to KV6. KV6 housing has 3 ingress and 1 egress. 1.8 has 2 ingress and 1 egress, looks like Y shape.

    Electric Water Pump

It is true Mad Hat. But the water system overheating is because its working too hard. It needs to cool down hot autobox oil, hot engine oil, and hot engine block. If we made engine oil a bit cooler then the engine block wont be so hot thus the coolant wont work very hard. Btw, autobox oil cooler...
