Easy job just take your time and make sure you get the correct flare for each joint. Cunifer has been around for as long time and IMO is much better than copper as it is not too soft. Copper is very easy to get wrong if you overtighten it or press too hard. Just practice on some small bits first.

Well not really up on them which why I am asking the question but I thought that I had read that some are coded to the car and cant be used on any others. So if I connect it to my TD5 can I use it on other TD5s? I have only ever used VAGCOM which works across the VW range.

I always try a small flat blade screwdriver first as they usually get enough grip to turn the screw.

After some info. I recently got myself a D2 TD5 E so on std springs all round. One of the front springs is broken and easy job to replace I know that. Now I have a full set off HD springs from a D1 any one know if they will fit. If not then what would you recommend as replacements.

Are you full comp insurance. I have heard of these kind of things being claimed for on insurance. Not a lot of people do it because most wouldn't think its covered but might be worth checking out.

As some will say the VM engine in the Range rover is noisy and can be a bit sluggish. But Jeep managed to make do something with it and it had plenty of power.
