Fault does not need to be cleared. Easiest was to diagnose which speed sensor is faulty: Jack 1 wheel at a time, get in car, select 1st, engage clutch, the wheel that is off the ground will spin and read about 15mph on the dash. Do every wheel, the one that doesn't register speed is faulty!

What are the off road capabilities of the td5? Would I be better with say a 200/300? To be honest if had a hunt around and for what I can buy this td5 for won't get me a tidy earlier model, am I missing something?

When it wouldn't start the battery voltage was good, the charging issues were the day before. It seemed like a fuel/immobiliser problem.

Only issue I know about with the 90 is the rear cross member is a bit rotten and one outrigger needs patching or replacing. Just had referb head & gasket Other than that it's solid & fairly clean
