Questions:
1. Does a Dealer HAVE to do this?
2. Can I find out what SW version I am on via the menu?
I fear my SW is not up to date.
Cheers
M
I've checked - the Xenon are still white.
Its the 'middle' lights that are yellow - as I look at them - they look like halogen bulbs.
I could go LED with them or Top Quality Halogen....
To match the colour.
Thx Kernow.
Are both bulbs HID (main and Dip) ? - I ask because I can only see one movable lens.
I was thinking 6K - but I guess 5K is white too - thx for your help.
I DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT HAND SLIDER.
I'll open her up tonight - see what bulbs I need, I was being impatient - and thought to orer / buy in the day :)
I want Whiter Bulbs - only cos they look nicer - current ones are a little 'yellow'.
Well, looked a bit yellow compared to the LED :)
But it looks like I cant alternate.
So I need to see what 2x bulbs I need to upgrade.
So far as I can make out - 1 is Xenon - one isn't.
I am not with my car so - I think I'll have to leave it till I get home.
Those Osram night breakers look...
Sweet thanks!
I'll look them up.
I have Xenons I think (I have no switch to manually dip my lights when towing - I also have the Green Double Ended Arrow warning light on dash) - but these will be brighter.
Apologies if this has been asked before.
I have replaced my sidelights with LEDs and its a massive improvement.
Same with Puddle / Interior bulbs.
Got me thinking.
What about -
Main Beam
Dipped Beam
Indicators
Basically the front clusters.
I dont want to go buy stuff if 1. If dazzles...
Sorry to resurect an old thread. Does the FL2 have a Rev Limiter that cuts in at 4K unless the engine is warm?
I only ask as it cut in (just) when I was pulling away cold, then when engine was warm I tested it and all was well.
(I am new to FL2)
M.
I'm seeing that - depending on your FL2 - you wont need a remapped - even with Partial thingy.
I also heard that the partial blank is not effective....
