The temp gauge is only going 1/4 way & the cabin is only lukewarm when heater is on.

2004 - TD4 Possibly looking for a Water pump for my neighbour as he is getting the Thermostat done next week. He says the genuine Water Pumps are ridiculously priced and being a pensioner he can’t justify that. Anyone alternative brands out there that are just as good if not better ? TIA

Will the inline Stat not fail as well ? It’s been the genuine star in it from new , 17summers @ winters it’s had as a genuine Stat
