Evening Folks , got a query regarding by Discovery 2 car battery. Bought a YUASA around 1 year ago & if it’s not started at least once a fortnight and taken for a run it goes totally flat. Now it is a fair size of battery and as it’s used only on weekends is this the cause for it going flat...

Oh well after 19 years & on its genuine boot window regulator , the wiring decided to snap tonight. Now I know you can get replacement regulators. Is there any way or has anyone just kept the window a solid fix without replacing regulator?

Hi Andy , what size of spade did you use on the metal plate they the light sits on ? Also what did you use on the other slide , a spade pr a hoop ?

Afternoon Folks, Anyone got a parts page they could share for the centre roof console for a 2004 Disco ? It’s the one at the front that sits around the sun visors. Missing a few screws etc and also needing to replace the console. TIA

Hi Folks , Purchased a Headlight from a breakers , now it’s arrived , light is clean , the only problem I found is that the plastic plate that sits on top of the headlight & is held together with 2 X Philips screws, these are rounded and and the plate is very insecure. Its previous owner...

So a home made lead rectified the issue. Will see what I can find to do the same

Morning Folks , Quick update , removed the lamp from the boot and replaced it with the front to see if it’s a switch issue. Similar issue. Switched on the light with the doors closed , light stayed on for 15 seconds D’s then went off

Evening Folks, Just wondering if anyone on here has had their D2 headlights restored by a company or know of anyone that does restoration work. Noticed quite a lot of condensation on my neighbours one and he’s asked if I knew of a company that would sort this. TIA
