The small straight one bout an inch or two long is for the sensor on the air intake on later TD4s. They should all be the right length, certainly my kit from there was. If you purchased the 5 piece kit and you dont have a sensor then the air intake hose might be too long or short.

Well the ones that spring to mind are Rimini, which is more red than orange, and Kinversand.

I filled mine with a custom flush fit switch panel. So much more useful now!

I have the official climair slide in ones. Cant fault them at all really. The only thing you need to remember given the door is so long is that if you have them open more than an inch, the rain runs along the inside edge, and not into the cabin until right at the back and then makes your B...

That main red is a 6mm feed directly from the primary battery to the positive bus bar. In the top picture you can then see the feeds (little red ones) coming through onto the fuse box, with the loads coming off the back side.
