take the cv joint out of the hub then grind or break off the wire part then either knock it through or drill it out but since your struggling i would take all the brakes apart if it is the front sensor give more room to work

Get someone to crank the car for you while you use a 17mm spanner to undo the union nut on top of the injector just half a turn and diesel should come out but if not then the trapped air will come out.. Start at 1 and wait for the diesel to come out with no spluttering air then tighten do same...

You deffo got air in system get a 17mm spanner and crack the injectors one at a time while cranking

i found that undoing the 10mm and pressing while tightening it back up helped get the air out as when ya let go of the pump mine was taking air back in through the filter bolt

Yes but I always fill any diesel filter first out of a jerry can. Had it when I did my l series but was air in the filter and pipe and had to get it out. Didn't have any more bother once sorted

did u fill the filter with diesel first before fitting if not undo the 10mm bolt on the new filter and hand prime the fuel into the filter until it comes out of the top tighten up and try again a few times to get the air out the pipes

went out today and tried the air con air in the car cooled but couldnt hear the fans or clicking am i right in thinking that the fans should run also on the L series the pump made a click noise every so often if i disconnect the wire to the sensor near the NS chassis leg both the fans come...

if i was you id go to the introduce ya section first before essex or pitbull arrive lol then list your location as to where you are to see what members are local to you

my local place wanted almost 200 just for the sensor without ring which they said was a whole CV joint i used these sensor on the L series i had i did have problem with 1 or 2 which turned out to be a damaged box but once sorted i had no more problems with the cheapo and the guy who has it now...
