MAF Disco 4 LR4 reading

My LR4 2013 seem that have less power at low RPM, now I'm trying to understand if MAF is working correctly and there is no leakeage, I have this doubt because one of the 2 MAF read zero flow at low RPM while the other one read a flow, then accelerating after 2000 RPM also the first start reading.
Is this normal? Or can be a leakage somewere?

No... unfortunately not, problem is that seem that car is not accelerating when start moving, upon I reach 1600 RPM the suddenly accelerate. But this only starting from stop.
