Need help with serpentine belt adjuster pulley base. Does anyone know the torque for the spring arm that the pulley goes onto. NOT for the pulley but the spring housing that bolts to the engine.

Thanks for replying discool, that's probably the one as the pulley is a bolt. Thankyou so very much. It's just the squeaky sound is possible from there and I have grey grease coming out. Thankyou for helping.

Update - put in new pulley bearing and new water pump. P gasket leaking, so got new gaskets and removed...I found housing cracked top and bottom. Crack towards pulley housing location and a big piece broken off at alternator bottom bolt hole. However I tried to braised repair with no luck so chem welded it. Just need to clean it up and re drill. I popped into my trusted supplier "RST landrover" and got a used water pump housing for £20. At least I found the problem.
