Freelander 2 (LR2) Tow ball

Hi

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me please..

After hours of researching I don't seem able to establish which is the correct tow ball for my vehicle.

I'm guessing it's detachable hence why a kind previous owner has removed it..

It looks like you just need the end ball which bolts on similar to what's on mine.

Tambora has a different tow bar.

I don't suppose you know what the tow ball is do you?

I suspected an RTC8891AA might be suitable..

Happy to be advised differently..

It's just the ball that's missing. That can be bought anywhere that sells tow bars or towing accessories, but get the bolts too. It's probably been removed to save shin pain, as they're perfectly positioned to give a right old knock on the shin bone. I know from experience.
