Do you mean the disc brake guards? if so then yes (Assuming its the same as the 200tdi). They just bolt onto two brackets.
Yes the guard behind the brake disc, worth replacing with galvanised?
I have always thrown mine in the bin, makes checking discs awkward, and when off roading they trap stones and mud.

As @lynall suggests most vehicles have lost them. You’ll get an MOT advisor at worst, if they even notice. The galv ones are expensive. I just replaced mine with britpart ones but I did replace the brackets with stainless steel ones
