Hi folks, fitting the Hub Oil Seal RTC3510, how far in should it go? I have it just below lip but should I press it further 'till it's against the bearing?

Thanks Tot, I was watching a You Tube and he pressed it home, only by hand, but well in. I was thinking it didn't look right.....
