Too busy I think. The amount we pay for police through council tax is surprisingly low. I'd be happy for the police bit to double. It would pay back through society benefits.

I reckon we’d all pay a tenner just to see a Bobby in the local community for shear novelty value. Sure there’ll be a Dibble lurking in here somewhere who could comment.
