Hello all , just took the shuttle valve plate off and a bit dirty in there bit no moisture or corrosion . So going to go with the mod .

I see 2 ways doing it . One way splice into the 2 pin connector in parallel and leave the connector in situ.

The other you snip the connector and remove completely and solder on the end of the cut wires .

Which is the best method and where do the wires go ? One to earth and other to a yellow and green in the multi plug ?

So i splice into this wire or cut the wire connecting into the loom itself or connect to the wire on the multi plug please ?

Thanks

The only 100% correct way to do that is to cut the wires and prolonge them then one side to earth and other to the YG wire which must be cut too and connect to the side which goes toward the ECU... there are cases when it's a short to earth within the modulator's circuit so leaving it in parallel with the mod the whole thing can be in vain.

My guess was correct the D2 wizard turns up ! Thanks again .

I saw a video on the yellow and green wire it is spliced into it thinking what's the point . Same as the 2 pin connection in the shuttle valve plate . The original circuit is still there .
