Idling problem during driving position

Hi Dear Members,
I bought 2011 freelander 2 2.2 td4. Im very comfortable with it but recently I have idle problem occured.
while I was driving Car is awesome however time to time during stopping on light idle moves downside
too little and back to where is was.Could any of you had this issue ever.Please help me out about to handle this issue.One thing I just realized that this idling issue not occure natural position of gear. occuring within driving position

I don't know if this helps but if I pull up to a junction and put my foot on clutch too early my revs go down as though going to stall then comes back up again.
also if I put my foot on clutch as if coasting the revs drop as if going to stall but revs pick up again,dont know why it does this but it has never stalled .
as yet.but. might be a first time.also yours may be different problem completely.and I might be talking c**p as usual.
