Great pics, 110, thanks! :)

Someone has good taste, yellow rock sliders!

But whoever is lying under that motor needs to be careful if Colonel Sanders ever catches sight of those legs!:D

If anyone sees this before leaving site can you tell Paul D to check his email. He left his glasses in my car yesterday and I don't have a mobile number for him. Cheers

Really great weekend, with lovely lanes, great company and a FIRE (=warmth) on the Saturday night.
Many thanks to PaulD for organising everything. :)
Thanks to whoever made the Bakewell Bash cake...looks amazing. ..going to have some with a cuppa later.

Terrible news at my end. The tanker carrying the Cillit Bang overturned into St Peters Roman Catholic enrout to the clinic.
The driver is OK but may be prosecuted for a bleach of a priest.
I am inconsolable.

No worries mate, they're only £5 Boots things and about ready fro binning, so don't worry about them, thanks!

My pics, not very many, too busy enjoying the views to worry about you lot back at the forum .. and didn't have a camera or tablet charged up for the actual run as I was expecting to drive my own Landy ... ;)

Got to say a huge thanks to @HiDeeHi for stepping in and leading the second group, which isn't the way we like to do things but stuff happens ..

I hope everyone enjoyed the raffle and the basic facilities, the weather when we set up really wouldn't have allowed a marquee to be erected, and indeed, even with good weather, when we checked it there were parts missing!! Thanks to @manchestershire for the fire pit, made a huge difference to the 'camp', oo-er missus, feeling of the night. Happy to say everyone seemed to like it, which will push me to arrange more. The Landyzone cake was made by my missus, Juliet, and I'm sure @blue beasty would like a full review of it @Lakes Rob and @110woman ;)

Finally, we raised a total of just over £75, which will be split .. £25 to Air Ambulance as we initially said, and the balance £51+ to Footprints for Pollie. I was initially thinking we wouldn't raise much, but very happy with this amount many, many thanks to you all .. :)

plus at least i will be able to keep up as i've got a grown up landy now, :D

A great weekend Paul, thanks for organising it. Next year I might be driving my own motor, but in the meantime thank you @110woman and @Lakes Rob for driving us around. Great lanes, great company, and a pretty good campsite. Here's to the next one!
@blue beasty, just to let you know that we brought a whole cake back home - that wouldn't have happened if you had been there. Good luck with the MOT.

I set off for the retest Saturday morning but turned around before I got there

Brake master spat a seal  Jess is picking a noo one tomorrow so all being well I'll be legal come Tuesday :)

Apparently I'm taking Jess' kids/partners/friends and associated hangers on camping in the Lake District the weekend after next so I might need to escape and have a gentle explore if anyone fancies a trip out.
