Bum garage.
Replaces almost everything and it fails on what wasn't, pffff
More than likely it's playing up after being yanked into the air on his 2 post lift.
Try the full lock to full lock SAS reset whilst reciting Kumbaya in the Lotus position under a feverish aurola borealis.

What year is it?
Allcomms will calibrate the suspension heights up to 2005, there is a post from SaintV8 if you search which shows you all the measurements. other diagnostics will do also.
Not sure how much has been replaced if they didn't do the struts, drop links or lower arms, there isn't much else to change.
Dunlop struts are known to knock like mine do.

What bit knocks on yours HC? Is it the top bearing or the strut proper?
I h8 it when a new part is crap, I replaced my struts on a non RR and they were totally crap, no noises but an almost complete lack of damping........BOGE they were, and BOGE I veer away from now, and every raised drain cover!!

Thank you ... will look into the lock to lock reset. The other arms and hubs being replaced fixed the major issues. There was a minor knocking I thought was something else but it felt ok. Had suffered a horrendous dangerous feeling vibration. Turns out it was a bent hub. By this time three arms and two wheel bearings had been changed.

I'm not sure about the snap on, I know the allcomms has a specific feature for adjusting the heights.
Get yourself a copy of rave if you want to have a read up and also the microcat site is very good for seeing what hardware you have once you get used to using it, also very good for finding part numbers.

I used a Snap on Versus to level mine up after messing the hights up trying to use INPA

Thanks all .. pretty sure my diagnostics not up to it. I am away for a few days now so will have to wait until the weekend to have another fiddle.
