Valuation of rebuilt landy

doing mine now, by what your saying if i sold it ill be losing money lol, thats with buying it etc

Correct, little to no money doing ground up rebuilds on most vehicles.
Theres a classic car garage near me, he used to buy/rebuild/sell on, but gave it up as theres no money in it, especially if you're doing it right, more money in customers bringing their motors in and paying him to rebuild, he only buys to sell if its something special, or very cheap to turnround.

ah well still be worth alot in the long run i suppose

my local independent says that most farmers are coming back in with their TD5s and TDCI's selling them then buying an older TDI and getting them rebuilt on galv chassis because they hate all the complications on the new landys that just go wrong

yes but they will be a chassis swap and a freshen up, not a full as new rebuild

yes maybe.. but you could still buy an already done one for cheaper
