LT77/R380 swap question

I've got the usual crunchy lt77 box in my 200tdi disco which I've lived with up til now but a member of my local club has offered me an r380 cheap....

are there any issues doing this or is it a straight swap?

I know reverse is different but is that an issue?

If the box is 'complete' (has a transfer box on the back) then you need to swap the handbrake and speedo sender. Otherwise, as James says.

thanks but it's only the gearbox, I changed the T'box 2 years back.

couldn't believe when someone offered me an r380 for under £50. I couldn't say no.
