Bonnet with bulge fit older models?

I'll have a spare one after this weekend. But it's get chequer-plate and a spare wheel carrier on it (which is why I don't want it anymore). Apart from that it's in pretty good nick.

I would like to fit one of the bonnets with the bulge from the newer Defenders to my 2001 90.
Will one of these (below) fit straight on with no modifications? Obviously it will need spraying to the correct colour!

Just make sure yer vents are closed before you open the bonnet or you will be spraying your bonnet again
