im down near swindon in gloucestershire... the lady that is selling it says that it would be tax exempt... the first reg date was 8 november 1982. because its 27 years old would it be exempt?- xxcov3rxx

hello, and welcome to my first post. not only am i new to the forum, but im thinking about getting into a 1982 ranger rover for my first rover. its been sitting down the street for about 3 years and im told that it would be tax exempt... not sure about that because i am new to english road tax...- xxcov3rxx
