I have a very strange noise coming from my front right wheel, sounds a bit tinny or sometimes squeaky, any ideas. It happens when i pull off and all the time. Defender 200 tdi by the way. Thanks

hi, i just read your thread and wondered if it is the same problem i have just come across that your fixing. My diff knob works to the side but moves freely forward and back not selecting high and low.Is this the linkage thats gone and is it a difficult job to replace? Thanks, Was

I'm not a boy racer who revs the hell out of it, when i say i let the revs slow down in between changes i mean to idling speed.Its only just started doing it.

My K reg defender 200 tdi crunches into second from 1st and 2nd,horrible feeling its gearbox,am i right.If i let the revs slow down its ok. Help!

I've recently purchaced a defender after being without a landrover for 10 years,don't know how i did it, and would like to change the tyres from 205 70s to 235 85s (Colway AT) is this a good move for mostly road use?
