Defender gats a face lift

Hi, i got my hands on a bargain when someone in the pub said he had a landrover he was selling,after having a series one when i was 18 i had to have a look. Turned out it had been sitting under a tree in wales for the last 6 months after belonging to Powys Castle.A 1993 90 200 tdi shouldnt be doing this so i took it off his hands for a grand.Prop shafts a little bit worn but apart from a bit of corrosion to the body,which i have dealt with it is a sound vehicle with a great engine(90,000 miles).New transfers,A bar,c.plate on wing tops,x member and bumber painted,chassis waxoiled,new grill and light surrounds,wipac spots and wheels done.So i look forward to using it for what it was built for and enjoying taking it back to Wales from time to time for a bit of of roading.
