hi can anyone help I went to lock my disco 2 tonight but the fob would not work tried the key in the lock & that worked also tried the spare key fob & that worked. changed the battery in the fob still no good but the light on the fob is lighting up. thinking it might need just resetting some how...

you have to buy the complete lock about £75 on ebay just did mine took about 30 mins

hi svs on mine so did abs mod just google discovery 2 abs mod very easy fix :)

sounds like shuttle valve I had mine play up did the abs mod all good now but you need to know what the dianostics said to pin point the fault

hi i did this 6 weeks ago & it fixed the 3 amigos google discovery 2 abs mod & it will come up with full instuctions & pics no need to take the abs modulator & still works fine the reason why its done by circuit board is easy of fitment (one plug for all wires) hope this helps

boot in bits carpet pulled up pump is f**ked so off to get one tomorrow at least its not to bad t get out but i'll bet its not so easy to get back in can see some swearing going into this :D

hi thanks for that i did check the ecu & cleaned it but thinking more & more that its pump as if you leave it idling its drives ok for about a min then feels like running out of fuel as for kicking it i gave it a few then a few f**ks but still would not play ball so going to have dinner then...

hi my 1999 disco td5 has just started to misfire & lost power think it might be fuel pump as no noise from pump is there anyone in welwyn garden city area that has a diagnostic tester that they could plug in just to confirm what i am thinking is right or if anyone has had this before & can help...

hi because the system is zoned for each side the drivers side is the first side to stop working when gas is low as the passenger side is the first side in the system so it takes all the cooling then none left for the drivers side as for leaks take it to someone who will put die in the system but...

hi mine was on the n/s/f behind the air filter long pipe that goes to the front behind the grill but take it to a aircon garage they can put die in the system you might be lucky & just need a regas most places its around £50

hi mine did the same before it all stopped working found to be a leak had leak fixed & regassed all ok now might be worth just getting it regassed:)

hi my disco is doing the same fuel regulator on way it will leak more as time goes by if you take the cover off the engine a look at the rear off side the regulator will look damp & if you wipe a finger along the bottom of it you will feel it is leaking the water on the near side will be the a/c...
