No it was dry, I was thinking as its first thing in the morning and a bit cold now that could be it, was just asking as I've not read about anyone's being cold always warm or hot to touch

Hi all I've just got the the thermostat modification kit for my 1.8 petrol freelander, I'm sure I've read something about a blanking part for the original thermostat housing, is there any photos or details on how to fix the kit to the car and anything else I would need before I start the job...

It doesn't click just spins when tightend down, hopefully not the head gasket Dave

Cheers for the replies, all the pipes get hot when warmed up, I was thinking of getting a new cap as I've never known a cap to spin either but wasn't sure as I've not had a freelander before Dave
