Tyres are new Wranglers. No split in doughnut but rubber may be hard. Bushes in suspension wouldn't quite cause this surely but seem fine anyway.

correct. You do not set through programming. I think when you use circuit tests to set levels without setting blocks any movement change of load will vary the level count. It is suspension after all. So just set it to around 150 on level ground. It will retain the height, but not exactly.
