It might be small, but its what you do with it that counts. If I can work out how to increase its size & still not excede the forums limit, I'll be back later.

As its in good nick, came my way at a good price & the axle on my 88 is knackered. I also understand it to be a stronger item.

Hi, I want to convert a rear salisbury axle (I presume its off a 109) to fit my 88'' series 3. I can see that the spring hangers are probably in the wrong place. Can anybody give me any advice on measurements/pitfalls/altering propshaft length etc. All answers gratefully received.
