Ive checked the turbo every thing seems to be working nicely, cuts in around 1700rpm As for the fuel pump, would it not be over a larger rev range and more so when actually driving, this fault only seems noticeable when vehicle not moving and reving the engine to 2000 rpm only found out it done...

Sorry forgot to mention have replaced 3 x intercooler hoses and a couple of vacuum hoses,

Fuel filters have been changed every year, last time was June, If it was Fuel pump would it not happen at higher revs or when under load, I agree with the old style pumps it could happen but with common rail? Im thinking its more likely a senser fault or a dirty injector just hoping some one...
