Ok, I guessed as much as I can see holes in the floor. Do the stalks just boot through the floor? Or are there brackets that reinforce them? Tganks

In the process of bringing a 1995 110 County back to life. There were two cloth trim seats that came with it for the rear with seat belt reels fitted, but no stalks. Any ideas what stalks would have originally been fitted and how? Also one of the seats is missing a support leg... does anyone...
