Thanks very much brother for your advice..its an on going nightmare...also I have introduced myself I think I have done it correctly..problem I am now having is where do I go to post any problems I do have about my landrover as i tried one and it would not let me.

Hi I have been told to introduce myself so here I am..am a 57 year old geordie who lives in morpeth, northumberland. I have 3 landrovers, a discovery td5 mk2 on a 52 plate, I have a defender 90 on an 02 plate, this one is a fully blown off road vehicle, and I have a bog standard twin cab...

The problem i have had so far with my landrover discovery td5 is I have to crank it over for ages before it starts then it will run ok but when I drive it down the road it just dies on me, I never know when this is going to happen as it is very unpredictable. Eventually it starts up again..newly...
