I had a similar problem on my 110 td5, turned out to be the starter motor , sounds silly but my starter motor wasn't turning the engine over fast enough to tell the ECU to do what ever it has to do to start . And you would never think it listening to it turn over with the old starter motor or...

Get some dash cleaner (back to black ) a decent one anyway, and spray everything with it behind dash the lot , worth a try :-) I say use that dash cleaner cause wd40 would stink ya motor out

I got a set for my crew cab 110 they are orgasmick :-) just got to save for a bigger bfg tyre now , there on 235/85/16 at the mo and look **** , so 265/75/16 here we come :-) So all be warned , 235/85/16 don't do them any justice !!!
