yes Nodge all the tyres are same tread and new, Problem is its hard to ignore this noise.

when slowing down I just de-throttle and brake because its auto box, not saying the noise is not there at higher speeds but it just seems louder when slowing down and you are more aware. turn the radio up and you can hardly hear it but that's not the answer. Thanks again Nodge.
