Sorry guys. all fixed. Bought a becm sync mate off ebay for £120. plugged it in and 5 seconds later it was sorted. started it up ( with a bit of smoke out the exhaust ) and it now runs lovely. Thanks for all your suggestions, well most of them lol. Thanks to P38on22s. very helpful.

I have a 2.5L diesel RR. 1996. Been working fine. Saturday It just would not start. AA said it possibly fuel pump by fuel tank. Relay only recieving 0.96amps. Garage said it maight be pump or injectors, but they have'nt got the equiptment to do a diagnostic. Electrical Auto's said if engine...
