Finished the welding on the inner wings, was a bit of a mission. I found a bit which was missed/butchered previously & was letting water in. Ive no idea why they didnt weld it but decided to fill it with silicone. that was the easiest part...

Yep, so you remove the oxidisation, but what is oxydised is the clear coat, or paint. You remove tiny amounts each time you do it but eventually it is possible to be killing it with kindness. If you don't have oxydisation, use simple wax type polish.

1949 S1 knock on metal type Early disco Both are knock on,not measured or removed to check further. They look the same size(my theory is wheel stubs are all the same design/size for most years) unless you got HD with bigger shafts

Just spray it with water, if it looks fine then, it's the lacquer/clear coat.

W has just spent time polishing up some dirty silver jewellery that she got from an auction. Just discovered that a kilt pin she bought for £40 is for sale on Etsy for €138.7! Have to admit she is very good at this!

On my Disco 2, the laquer coat has peeled off massively on the roof. Where I doubt anyone has put any polish on, far too hard to get to. 😜

My 15mm pipe bender doesn't do tight bends, only similar to the one in the picture that's why I thought 10mm pipe would be better, My brake pipe bender does 10mm so pipe should be hidden under the radiator, I'll paint the exposed pipe to match...

Not sure what that valve is there for, temp fitting? while work being done? Personally I would just take it back to the trunking and go from there neatly with 15mm. but then I have a nice pipe bender that could get from the trunking to the rad...

Searched all of the house, all garments, both cars and a lot of outside. Still couldn't find the key to the polytunnel. So had to take the padlock off with bolt cutters. As everyone knows, we'll find it by buying a new padlock. Cool here...
