i have modular wheels and 30mm spacers.
i need new tyres soon and want to replace the wheels with a suitable offset / back space to allow the tyre outer wall to remain in the same position.

i agree on the axle. once built the a-frame is being extended for a gas / battery box on the front. also, there is no weight being loaded aft of the axle. fore of the axle will be the batter and gas, water and other stuff. the bed etc will also be 60% fore of the axle leaving only the trailer...

Thanks MarkL
that is similar in the idea, although i am having the windscreen and side windows (door tops). My base is also a sankey trailer so the draw bar will not be an issue when offroad, plus i have a 360deg rotating hitch so i can roll it over comfortably!!! ;)

More looking at the new lamps... there is a red, black and green wire.... which do these relate to on the trailer wire?

Yes...re over hang...water and batteries all at the front. Also going to be extending the a frame at the front in the next phase. Packing areas and storage all to be axle and forward. Small roofrack to be fitted on the front half also for lighter stuff. Most heavier stuff will be in the vehicle.

This is the current state. Side panels next weekend and the rear door...then the inside. If you are interested I can start a longer post?
