You see air sussies is something I would avoid like the plague.
Just read up on them.
My god they have all the bells and whistles.
I have never owned a Rang Rover, all I know is that there is nothing better than a Disco for moving big stuff, even a 110 still has that narrow door.
Did they even make a diesel? And does it still have all the electronic poop, air supension etc...
well.......
The noo element is in the dishwasher and currently under test at the hottest setting.
I was able to test the old one quick enough to determine that yes it WAS fubar.
Big relief all round.
Fiddly flipping job, I took two side panels...
Think they wrecked 10 x of the new ones and the only mod I think was roll cages
I must confess the new fenders are growing on me, even though I would never be able to afford one unless it’s made by JLR Lego 🤣
Why thk u , the most impressive part was me still remembering alot of it seeing I keep forgetting what I can’t remember and can’t remember what I just forgot 🤣🤣
Recent James Pond movies usually start with a couple of tasty tratter wrecking scenes. Makes me cringe to see them squished n broken. Won't be so bad with the noo not-defenders, they can scrap as many of them as they like :p
Great to see @gstuart and @Stanleysteamer sorting out domestic technicals together. Great Fred this, when skill sets can be shared outside of Landy stuff. :mexicanwave:
Personally seen them either near each zone and other times next to the fuse box , saying that even saw some that had been scattered all over the place behind plasterboard walls , I kid u not

There is no black box on the wall, that would be too easy!
There is just one big white box with all the RCBs and gubbins.
One thing that at least they did was label each RCB with what it covered.
Likewise in trying to keep tools etc as long as possible
Some of my favourite tools were from ELU , until some scrote cleared my van out, was seriously gutted as really liked them, including hand tools that you’ve adapted for different tasks...
Good call as that simplifies things with being able to swap the room stat from one to another
Seems the days where a schematic is left with the home owners are gone, would often see installers or service personal take them with them leaving the...
Pockets on tables at pubs and clubs are often bigger because owners ask for this. The more often peeps pot balls the happier they is. At the moment this is a test table to see if mdf will bend causing problems with play, before eye cover it in...
The good thing is that each fault manifests itself in exactly the same way, the stat fails into a blinking and switching on-off on-off over and over again mode. (Just occasionally one will then start to work properly). But as I can swop stats...
Gary, I think I am going to have to start a PM with you as this will be boring for peeps not involved.
I'll put up pics, wiring diags and notes on what I have discovered with a meter, for both sorts of stats and maybe you will be able to help me...
Hi mate, and thanks for this.
What I should have mentioned and forgot peeps don't always remember what I post in such detail is that the system is an underfloor heating system. NOT a WET one.
Each room has heating coils or cables in a special...
