I have now got another valeo in lol, ill see how long it lasts,as that box is heavier than a big fat mama and I dont want to be doing that in a hurry again motoring again yea

to all that help thanks had the box off today Valeo clutch collapsed plenty of meat on it but all springs went on plate

ill look the week end wit pals help will let you all know

no noise can be heard in box any more cheers

Right Ive taken cover off(this is where you say wrong one lol) there's a central shaft well oiled on a bearing no movement,no signs of damage any ideas

hi guys got the pins on plate soaking with a bit of wd , as tight as Mrs purse strings, It Will start in any gear,no jerking I can feel it trying to pull in low ratio and then gives up,tried every ratio just in case it slipped into neutral,no luck cheers all

Hi There its a 200tdi,I jacked up the front and tried the driving with the diff lock on no turning of the wheels tried all all gears and both ratios. Hoping just clutch :confused: bean lol
