hi everyone iam on to ask if any one has done the a 200tdi engine swop in to a 2.5 petrol chassis is it a hard swop or is it pretty easy is there any thing i need to look out for. many thanks all you great people

Hi All Just a quick question: Where abouts on the chasis of a defender 90 would I expect to find the Chassis number? I'm currently viewing a few and want to check this. Cheers for the help

Thanks. To be honest that is the plan - we are looking for a good base with a good engine and plan to treat the underside and build her up to our spec. Its going to be a big job but hey at least me and the fella can do it together!

Yeah have been looking and on ebay! Most of them seam to be to far away from us.

Heres hoping ours don't eat money! Why has it cost you so much? It is only for a toy as we have a car for normal use!
