Hi There. I have just done this too. No idea how to fix it. I doubt mole grips will shift it and theres not the room to use an extractor I don't think. Nightmare.

Does the car need to be supported in any way before removing these bolts? I am slghtly concerned at what happens if the bolt in pic 2 is removed and the LR is just sat on it's wheels. Looks like part of the steering mechanism?
