I have done away with the egr valve 2 years ago the rad is fine as i didnt do any wadding at the site . The only thing i have done recently is slightly altered the fueling via the torx srew on the top of the pump to aid low down pull away 2. fitted a new lift pump and 3. fitted a silicone hose...

Yes i have checked that had all the pipes off checked both the inlet and outlet blades they are fine there is no in and out movement on the turbine shaft on a slight bit up and down but that is so they run on a film of oil and the blades are moving freely

3 months ago along with all the filters :)it started doing it last sun went to a pay and play site went well all day went well on way home a 60 mile drive then about 9 miles from home i had to excellerate hard to pass some slow traffic then went down a long hill on overun as i went to climb up...

i have searched through loads of threads and checked things that have been mentioned but to no avail :D as i said before the oil smells burnt :confused:

I have got a 300 tdi disco on tick over it runs fine but as soon as you increase the revs to about 1750 -2000 it seems to miss fire and bellows out white smoke if you drive it it is realy flat i have checked all the boost pipes they are all i have checked there is no air or water in the fuel...
