Does anyone have a guide on how much a transmission service is at independent service center (I have sump and filter ) for 2010 TDV8 rangerover sport started the job but changed my mind n would rather a professional do it ! Any info will be great thanks

I see .... Now I see why they don't make good off roaders ! Me old disco TD5 was way easier to mess with .... But way more unrealiable ! Anyway I'm going to look into some 265/50/20 and see how they roll ... Thanks I'm still open to suggestions cheers guys

I've got a set of Johnston rods on but never used them in anger yet ! I was thinking 265/50 unless I commit to new set of 18" rims withe more tyre but that means planning n you never know when you might get a bit off road action !

Hi all I'm after a set of tyres for my rangerover sport tdv8 looking for something with green lane in mind still has 20" rim on .... Sizes and brand if any one has any ideas ?

Tough day under the rover today 20min 2 change a transmission sump n filter on rangerover sport tdv8. Please pop round n show me I'm beaten

No I don't think so it sits horizontal between the front wheels and the torsion bar? is bolted to it. It is situated more the drivers side if that helps ... You may be able to tell I'm very new around rangerover thanks for the reply though gives me hope !

The front of the sump just of center out towards the fos wheel there is a blind bolt with no access that I can see ? It's under Therethe front cross member and there is a black cylinder which torsion bar runs through blocking acces from the front

Please help ! How do you get to the front bolts on rangerover sport transmission sump ??? I've tried everything got all but one there's just no access please help me ....
