I had a similar problem it was a failed slave cylinder ive just replaced mine over a total of 8 days dodging work and weather. job was done on axle stands and wasn't much fun

So reversing out of my driveway and clutch pedal fell to the floor. The cause the bleed nipple has come away from the slave cylinder.
Question can this be refitted without removing the gearbox Not holding much hope for a positive answer.
Clutch was changed about 5000 miles ago max...

I was going to say I'm in NI but I see that isn't an issue yeah I'd sell them 4 17" alloys with legal tyres but ive a good local contact for cheap good quality rubber. £100

I was very lucky to see it posted on Gumtree by a RAF guy being posted from the base 4 miles from my house at Aldergrove N.Ireland.

AFIK rover 75 door mechs are the same as the hippo ones

Tyres are bfg 225 /70/16 no need for spacers but I am planning on fitting 32mm spacers in the near future
