Hi all, My MY2000 has a "weepy" engine so thought I'd investigate. She's not losing copious amounts, but the block is a bit wet!...looks like the rocker covers are at fault Upon inspection I noticed these 2 pipes, just below the throttle linkage. It looks as though they should connect...

Only just found that out from the previous owner when I spoke to him (he's a pal) about the issues I was having. Then when it happened to me and after much reading on line I put 2+2 together

Thanks for the replies so far guys, really appreciate it! I honestly think it's the CDL switch in the door as the previous owner said sometimes the doors would lock and unlock while driving, also when the car was running the other day the same thing happened to me... I think I'll buy a key fob...

Nice one, I'll have a look later and take a few pics for reference on here..... Say I did have to change the CDL switch in the door, is that an easy task and if so, will it wreak havoc on the already huffy electrical system???

Aaaaaand she's dead again!!! Input the EKA code earlier and all was fine, car opened and started using both keys (not the fob, just they key) Went to get into it for a drive and only the drivers door unlocks, then the alarm sounds when I open the door!:mad: Tried EKA again and nothing.... I...

SHE'S ALIVE!!! Entered the EKA code and bingo! However the key fobs still don't work and their little LED's still don't light up??? Maybe an egay repair kit might do the job?

I checked and double checked their orientation buddy, they're defos the right way up. They keys are quite well worn so there's a possibility the buttons have had it?
